Abrabond Customer Service is a key focus area, and we have four very experienced technical sales personnel.  Len Brazier, Chris Neal, Rashid Qayoom and Ian Green have over 95 years combined experience of industrial adhesives applications.  And a key part of our service offering is what we call ‘on-site adhesives audits’.  So, we use our in-depth experience of adhesive applications and trouble shooting skills to problem-solve, rather than simply selling glue.  Our staff are fully trained to recommend improvements to our customers’ adhesive processes.  Moreover, there are a variety of ways we can do this.  For example, we might consider ways to simplify a process, improve production speeds or reduce reject rates.  Occasionally, a change in adhesive application equipment might be needed.  When spray adhesives are used, extraction equipment might need upgrading.  In that case, we are able to call upon the expertise of our System Spray Division for advice.

 

Internal Sales and Abrabond Customer Service

Dianne Cross is Kidderminster’s Office Manager and Site Director.  And Dianne has over 20 years experience of Customer Service with Abrabond and our team.  A second senior member of the team is Debra Welding who joined the company in 2021.  And Debra replaced long-serving Cheryl Woodfield as the Company’s Accounts Manager.  We also employ our own fleet of local delivery vehicles and our own drivers.  These teams operate out of our Kidderminster site and our Bradford depot.  Accordingly, we are able to take full responsibility for on-time delivery of our products and services.

 

In-House Packaging/Own Labelling

We use sophisticated packing equipment to fill our own-produced bulk adhesives into small packs.  In fact, any combination of different sized packs can be filled as required by our customers.  We offer own-brand hot melt, water-based and solvent-based adhesives and would be pleased to discuss your specific requirements.  Should this be of interest, please contact us
